11:00 mash starts - mash: 155°F
strike water: 164°F
12:00 mash ends - mash: 152°F
12:20 sparge starts - mash: 168°F
water: 175°F
12:38 sparge ends - mash: 163°F
water 173°F (7 gals added)
12:50 hot break ends
1:50 boil ends
2:30 all cleaned up
